Managing Partner
Jacky Fils is a dedicated physician and seasoned real estate investor specializing in multifamily properties across New England and the Carolinas. With a deep passion for both healthcare and financial independence, Dr. Fils has successfully balanced a thriving medical career with strategic real estate investments, building a portfolio that generates long-term wealth and passive income.
Leveraging analytical skills honed in the medical field, Dr. Fils takes a data-driven approach to identifying high-potential multifamily assets in growing markets like Charlotte, Greensboro, the triad region and the broader Carolinas in general. By focusing on cash flow, market fundamentals, and management efficiency, he ensures sustainable growth and strong returns for himself and his investors.

JOEL NAPEÑAS, DDS
Managing Partner
Dr. Napeñas, a managing partner of 5DH Capital, owns and invests in a portfolio of multifamily real estate assets in NC, GA, FL and TX totaling over 2500 units. He is a practicing dental specialist, educator and published academic. Dr. Napeñas is a residency training program director having mentored dozens of dentists and dental specialists, hospital department chief and medical director for several practices at an academic medical center in Charlotte, NC. He lectures and presents at national and international meetings.
In addition to educating in his specialty, he teaches and mentors/coaches on wellbeing, personal finance and investing, having presented and mentored on these subjects to colleagues to institutions across North America. He is an avid investor managing a diversified portfolio of assets, including their real estate portfolio.
Partnered with his wife Winnie, their overall mission and purpose is to connect with partners and stakeholders on a personal level, with authenticity and integrity. Our role is to serve all involved, from tenants, investors, vendors and partners, while improving neighborhoods, teaching and mentoring, providing returns for our partners and building relationships.
